The Ten Commandments is sure a long movie once you see it in a single session.
Have you seen that famous scene, when Moses parts the sea in two? In one of those scenes, you have the king of Egipt, Ramses, standing in front of the sea, with all of his men behind him, ready to run across the sea.
Ramses orders his men go get Moses and his people, and his men obey, of course. But Ramses stays safely on the shore, just watching his men risk their life. He's not risking his own and all he's worried about is losing his pride.
And I thought of president Bush and my own president.
